We are pleased to share some exciting news: Profile Security Services Limited has been acquired and is now officially part of the OCS Group. We couldn’t be happier to embark on this new journey and wanted to take a moment to explain what this means for all of us.
OCS, renowned as a leader in facilities services, has a clear vision – to become the best facilities services business in the world. This isn’t just a high-reaching goal; it’s their commitment to making people and places the best they can be. OCS is working tirelessly through strategic acquisitions like ours to achieve this vision. Founded in 1900, the new OCS was formed in 2023, having completed a merger with Atalian Servest. The newly formed business is rolling out the new brand, which is set to launch globally early in 2024, complete with a new website, uniforms, and vehicles.
This marks a significant step forward in our growth as a service provider for Profile. With OCS by our side, we can now offer even more comprehensive solutions to our customers. Together, we aim to help our customers realise the best experiences delivered through best practices that result in the best outcomes.
